"Energia" Ltd. traction batteries are made up of serially connected 2V cells arranged in a metal tray with anti-corrosive plastic or ebonite coating.

"Energia" Ltd. batteries are of 4, 6, 12, 24, 40, 48, 80 V. Their capacity varies with the cell type."Energia" Ltd provides batteries for the whole range of electric trucks manufactured by "Balkankar". The majority of the batteries conform to the German standard DIN. On special request "Energia" Ltd. manufactures batteries deviating from the BDS and DIN regulations.

On client's request the batteries can be supplied with taper pole terminals according to /BDS 3974-73/ or with pole terminals according to /DIN 43596/.

The batteries are manufactured in two versions, depending on the inter-cell connection:

• Welded connection - welded lead connectors

• Bolted connection - insulated bolted copper cable connectors.

When ordering batteries included in the production range, please indicate the following data

Battery type, drawing number, item number.

On client's request "Energia" AD manufactures batteries not included in the production range. On your part you have to submit the following data:

• battery voltage

• battery capacity at 5-hour discharge

• overall and joining dimensions

L(length)xW(width)xH(height)

terminals type and position

lifting holes type and position

drainage holes and cable exits position

• battery layout and number of terminals as well as their position

• electric truck type
